A lot of women couldn’t get back their shape after childbirth…women gain baby fats due to pregnancy and birth.
Most especially gaining baby fat around the stomach,and the stomach will look bloated as if the baby is still in there,so I will be sharing some tips with you, because this tips worked for me when I had my son.
I gained back my shape within a month after giving birth and this are the things I did….
Firstly, Eat a lot of fruits and vegetables after giving birth

Secondly increase your water intake,it helps a lot..water helps in bringing out the toxics in our body,so try drinking enough clean water daily

Thirdly,try to excercise always, there are some excercises for nursing mom’s,try them

Massage your stomach with warm water every morning and night…This really helped me,I got my normal flat tummy back 2 weeks after giving birth to my baby
And lastly, back your baby with wrapper tied around your tummy for like ten to fifteen minutes everyday,inorder to get a good result..it helps reduce baby fats around the tummy..this really helps even more than the excercise,or you can use a baby carrier if you are not comfortable with backing … try this and thank me later
